A: Choose a couple of names you want for your web site.  Decide what information and what "images" you want to appear on your web site.  Gather up any brochure, business card, or other "print" materials you already have, and call us to set up a meeting so we can talk about what you want, and what you need to accomplish your goals.  Our initial consultation is free! Q: I have a web site already, and it needs some changes.  Can you help me get it up-to-date?

A: Sure!  We will need a little information in order to make those changes, so bring your file, if someone else created the web site for you (not just anybody can log in and make changes--a web site needs a "user ID" and a "password").  If you have that information, then just let us know what changes you need made. If you do NOT have that information, don't lose hope--even if you can't find the person who created your existing site, we can still help!  Contact us.

Q:  Are there restrictions on what I can have on my website? 

A: Yes ... we believe in the concept of freedom on the Internet, but we do not condone unlawful, immoral, or otherwise harmful use of it.    

Q:  How do I find out if people are seeing my web site? 

A:  Ask for "Statistics Reporting," which will provide reports for you--most have information like how many visits your site is receiving, and many have lots of detailed information, such as which pages are being viewed the most, which search engines sent visitors to your web site, and much more.  More on Statistics>>
